KineticRx PBM Product Design
KineticRx is a digital forward Pharmacy Benefits Plan that delivers a lower price point for plan sponsors and savings for members on prescriptions. This plan consolidates access to several CVS lines of business for the user: Caremark, Specialty Pharmacy and CVS Retail Pharmacy. Launch ready design completed but product was sunset prior to release following business reprioritization.
Members engage with the plan via a mobile app or website. Onboarding and activating their benefits is a quick and simple process. Once in the app users can explore benefits of their plan.
Members are then able to see the low cost of all their prescriptions orders and interact with chat for assistance.
Previously, users would engage with up to 3 separate digital sources to get access to their prescriptions for pickup in pharmacy and delivery.
Plan sponsors or employer HR departments engage with the plan set up tool through a digital portal where they walk through a simple guided experience to view their plan options and savings opportunities.
