Aetna Meeting Registration Tool
For Medicare members and prospects, choosing a plan can be a challenging process. Aetna offers in-person and online seminars on a variety of educational topics including specifics about available Medicare plans. We created an online tool for prospective members to sign up for a seminar in their area or online. The tool was designed to fit the look and feel of aetnamedicare.com for a cohesive user experience across Aetna Medicare properties.
Prospective members start their search by entering a zip code or personalized RSVP code they received from an Aetna direct mail. Current members start with their member ID and zip code. This allows the tool to serve up meeting topics catered to members vs prospect needs.
Users are served up meeting options to choose from in their area on various Medicare topics. Online webinars are also available to users.
Users have the ability to filter the meeting results in order to easily choose the event that best fits their needs.
Users register for the meeting with their personal information and receive a confirmation number. They can reschedule for meetings as needed.
